My newest baby sister was only two days late! That's because Mom was induced because her amniotic fluid was low. It still took Peyton another 16 hours to join our family, but we're sure glad she's here.

Syd and I are so excited to have a new sister and Syd is really excited to be a big sister.

Sydney and I love to hold and hug and kiss Peyton. The first few days, she only wanted to be held and didn't sleep unless someone was holding her--sounds a lot like me and Syd when we were newborns. But now she has settled down and will sleep on her own for a few hours at a time--as long as she has a super full tummy. Peyton LOVES to eat. We can't believe she's only a week old today! It seems like she's been a part of our family forever.
