Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving was so much fun. Daddy's brother Matt and and his family came up from California and stayed with us for a few days. I loved playing with my cousins. My cousin Rachel is only 8 days older than me!

Brendan did this fancy sideways move on the slide.

When I tried it, I ended up doing the splits (ouch!) and need help getting down.

After playing hard for a couple of days, I think the novelty of having cousins around all the time wore off. So we took a breather and watched a movie (me, Stephanie, and Brendan).

On Thanksgiving Day, Daddy somehow convinced Uncle Matt to help him hang Christmas lights while it was sprinkling rain outside. (Aunt Heather climbed the ladder to take a picture.)

I was stuck at the little kid table for Thanksgiving dinner, even though Mommy keeps telling me I'm a big boy. Actually, I loved the little table and chairs. They were just right. The company was pretty okay too. : )

Somehow Uncle Matt ended up at the little kids' table too.
And what would Thanksgiving be without a few snapshots of people eating?

After dinner, the kids played and the adults talked. I definitely think the kids got the better end of the deal.

My cousins and I found some balloons leftover from my birthday party. Rachel and I thought it would be fun to hold them in our teeth and whack each other. (Do you like how Mommy made sure to include Daddy's chin in the picture?)

Brendan and Stephanie got in on the action and started using their TaeKwonDo moves with the balloons.

Daddy and I were exhausted by the time everyone left.
